Built in the early 1900’s, this Chapel was used by H.E Waters Builders for their Sunday service. When the Waters’ estate was broken up, this property was sold on to a self builder. He acquired planning permission for a holiday let conversion but then proceeded to conduct permanent occupation.. making this his home… until the Local Council evicted him, forcing him to sell it on to our client. We then had to convert the ill planned dwelling into a coherent holiday let. Great fun!
