STABLE BLOCK CONVERSION

sussex

This unused dilapidated stable block was converted to form very comfortable (almost passive house level) ancillary accommodation to the main house. With plant fibre insulation, sustainable timber to reinforce the existing structure, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, microcement bathrooms, and a funky mezzanine, this scheme offers the best of modern building technologies yet somehow still feels traditionally crafted. We are all very proud of this one!
